  • Sencha Green Tea from Japan that is finly powered. Matcha is used in traditional tea ceremonies and has several known health benefits. Matcha Contains fiber, which promotes healthy digestion and contains vitamin C, chromium, magnesium, selenium and zinc.

  • Bring 8oz water to 185°. Sift 1-2 tsp with a small sifter into Matcha. Wisk until frothy. You can also use milk instead of water.
